Inspiring the next generation starts with showing them what’s possible. During a recent Career Day visit at Flower Elementary, founder Jon Johnson shared his personal journey with fourth and fifth graders — the challenges, the unexpected turns, and the opportunities that came from staying curious and courageous. His message was simple but powerful: dream boldly, stay open to life’s surprises, and never underestimate your ability to shape your own future.
